Huddersfield Sub-Station

A couple of weeks ago we were given a new University project to work on, it is titled Identity Place. We basically have to take an area (place) and then expand upon that and stretch reality to realise a ambitious idea. I decided to do my project on Huddersfield Train Station as it is a lovely building designed by James Pigott Pritchett and built in 1846–50. The station is also a place where I visit often as I travel quite a lot.

After quite a lot of consideration I decided that I wanted to expand upon the station and convert it to a Submarine Base. So over the last few days I have been working on it and this is what I have come up with so far.

Over the next couple of months we will be continuing with this project at Uni so I will be doing lots more work on this project and will be making a number of images. More will be added at a later date.
